Return/ Refund Policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with a LA Beauty Club purchase, products can be exchanged in-store for equal or greater value. We do not offer returns and refunds. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept exchanges for opened and/or items that appear to be used in any manner. Hair extensions are not available for exchange. All services are non-refundable. 
To determine whether or not you qualify for a refund, please contact customer service at cs@labeautyclub.com. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
